1. Česká Investiční CZ, a.s., in English 1st Czech Investment CZ, incorporated in March 1999, over its 10­year history, established itself as the leading Czech historic buildings condo convertor with more than forty our own completed projects. As a project manager and selling agent we are involved in more projects owned by other parties. The office branch in České Budějovice (Budweis, metropolis of Southern Bohemia) was opened in June 1999.

We also participate in PPP development project in solar energy systems and residential and leisure development  in the Czech republic and Bulgaria. We provide project management and consulting. We own properties and keep investing in markets we know such as Bulgaria and Florida.

Our joint venture system enjoys the adventage of joining our professional project management with resources of an equity investor.
